I was renting a small home and the lease stated that the utilities would stay in the landlords name and that I could paint the house anyway I wanted. the lease expired in September and without any official paperwork I payed for 2 additional months after wich I was served an eviction to be out by 12_10_13 I left now my land Lord says she wants to.sue me for vandalism if u don't give her the utility money. What should I do?
