Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

No service no call

I have been in my apartment for a little ovr two months and I have been complianing for that long. My air conditioner leaks and now I have mold my ice maker and my garbage disposal doesnt work. I have called my front office five times with no return call and I have even stop and asked the maintance men to come up and they tell me tomorrow. I need to know what I can do . I really am at the point of where I want my money back and I want to move out.

Your remedy is spelled out in Florida Statute 83

for Residential Tenants.
