My sister has been severely overcharged by an attorney in Florida. The attorney, a relative, has acted totally unethically and unprofessionally. I'd like to explore the best way to dispute the invoice.

You need to speak to an attorney with actual facts. Overcharging is not malpractice. Failing to properly handle a legal matter is potentially malpractice. The issue, for your sister, is whether the attorney did something or failed to do something which caused her losses and was done improperly.
