Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Hi

I would like to ask, My Daughter had a son in 2009 she signed for a Tubel and has Pregent 3x in the tube's this last time she was in Hospital with loss of work can you please tell me if she has a case

You haven't given enough facts to figure this out. Did she have a tubal ligation in 2009? Did she then have tubal (ectopic) pregnancies? I can tell you that unless she has suffered serious, disabling injuries, it probably wouldn't be a case, but you didn't provide enough information to really evaluate it.

You should know that in Florida the statute of limitations for medical malpractice is 2 years from the date of the incident.
