Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I went to a dr for a migraine and was given 2 pills call edluar. I was told they would help my migraine. I was also given a shot of phenagin (sp?) And within an hour sent on my way. They let me leave their office without someone their to drive me. Turns out the pills they gave me are for sleep/insomnia. I drove away and do not remember even leaving the dr office. I apparently got into a small accident while I was on the phone with my mom. I was incoherent the entire time. Do I have a lawsuit against this office for giving me medication that I should have never been allowed to drive while using? I gave them 2 contact numbers before I was seen by the dr and not one of them was called to come get me. Can I also sue for the damage to my vehicle? I couldve seriously hurt someone. And I ended up having to go the the ER the next day. We are unsure if I hit my head. And imy whole body was sore from whatever I hit while driving under the innfluence of these medications.
