Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Femur Fracture leading to hip replacement

My father (72) fell in Jan 06 and had his thighbone pinned. After 8 weeks and no improvment the dr's did further x rays and did another operaton for total hip replacement. We are current at 8 weeks from the 2ndoperation and

we feel improvment has only reversed.
