Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
Medical Malpractice
I was admitted to a hospital in florida.
For angia plasm it was to be a one night stay .
The needle that was inserted in my right hand vein.
While during surgery, unbeknown to doctor and or nurces the iv had pulled out of my hand.
Also my heart stop beating the doctor told my wife that i had died twice and i ended up in icu for five days.is this a medical law suite
This all happened on january 26 2004

Generally, in florida you have 2 years from when you knew or reasonably should have known of the negligence to file a suit. It can be difficult to calculate, but from what you post, the time may very well have already expired. You need to speak with a lawyer right away to see if you are even able to file a claim or if the time to do so has expired.
