Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Medical Prescription

I droped off 2 perscriptions to my pharmacy,one in my sons name one in my brothers name, we went to pick up my sons prescription they gave me my sons & my brothers , both in my sons name & charged them both to my insurance carrier , my brother is not on my insurance.I feel this could have been a drastic mistake that could have hurt my son if wrong medicine was givin to him, please let me know what to do ty

You should certainly report it to the manager at the store so as to prevent it from happening again. Since no one was injured there is no claim for damages involved.
