Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
if i was required to have surgery on my hand. i have no medical insurance. i was required to pay 100 percent of the surgery bills before the surgery was even able to go into procedure which was 4700 on a hand. now almost a month after the surgery they are telling me i owe them 1200 due to the fact they billed me wrong for the surgery.... am i required by law to pay???
