Legal Question in Military Law in Florida

Military dishcarge upgrade

I was given a general discharge for a positive drug test. I had 13 years honorable service as a Seal. Is there any chance I could upgrade my discharge. The only factor was that there was another Seal who received an honorable for the same offence in the same time period from the same command.
