Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
upgrade of other than honorable discharge
I was discharged with an OTH 4 mos. before my enlistment was upback in 1985 for failing 2 urine tests for smoking. I tried about 12 years ago to get it upgraded, but failed. Is there anything I can do now that would help me?
