If a child get injured at a public school, is the school liable for anything??

Dear Sir/Ma'am:

It really depends on why your child fell in the first place. If he fell over his own two feet, then it would seem that the school did nothing wrong.

However, if he fell because of something the school did or did not do, then he may well have a valid claim.

It depends on how the child was injured. There are limitations on the recovery and limitations of the fee that can be charged for the work.
