Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My back was injured while in a car accident several years back. I have treated on my own, using my health insurance. My back continues hurt daily but x-rays & MRIs show no sublaxations, bulging discs, etc. How can I prove my injury(ies) to the other party's insurance carrier?

In Florida you have a Statute of Limitations that can apply to your case. Look into this first to make sure your case has not expired. Then provide your medical records to the insurance carrier as evidence. They will look at the doctor's notes to see if the doctors are linking your injuries to your accident.

Good luck.
