You may still have a claim. It depends on the circumstances of the theft as well as the type of coverage available on the vehicle that hit you. My firm thoroughly investigates these claims to exhaust every possibility before determining whether there is a case. Should you need any further information, I'll be happy to look into it.

You may have a claim against the owner of the car, your sister's insurance company or your own insurance company. These issues can be quite complicated. You really should consult with an attorney who's an expert in this area. In particular, you should look for an attorney who's board certified in civil trial law, as are the attorneys in our firm. We offer a free initial consultation and would be happy to discuss the matter with you.
