bad attorney
in car wreck. other driver faulted. pip exhausted,no more l.o.p. 3 years later my case has not settled, and i am incompacitated with pain in neck and back. i am in a homeless shelter,broke. are there any recourses for me to get more medical attention? and is there any way to get help so i dont starve, and have to sleep in the woods. im desperate. and fairly certain my attorney has droped the ball and i will not recieve any settlement

You need to go and meet with your attorney to find out what is going on and try to get the case to trial. Whether you will receive anything depends on the facts of the fcase, the liability of the other driver and the available insurance that he or she has (or whether they can pay a judgment even without insurance).
