Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My car was hit by a rock and a water ballon

When i go to court the teenagers were caught. I hit my head from avoiding the rock and ballon, i am self employed i want to suit for mental anquish? Days pay and damage to my vehicle. How do i go about all this? thank you

YOu file a suit in small claims court. It is unlikely that the teenagers have anything to pay you, however.
