Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Hello, & thanks, I was at a bar for maybe 5 mins, I didnt not even have a drink, A bouncer came up to me and offered me a chicken leg,"a drumstick" its was very tiny I thought it was a free sample, so after holding for around 30 secs I took a bit, the bouncer than said 5 bucks. I told him I have the money and will pay, but I said u need to watch how ur approaching people, I said u didnt sell that u offered it, I said what if u had said 10 bucks or 20. I was just making a point. He then lifted me up and bodyslammed me to the floor, drug me down 40 steps, & threw me into the street.

Now im 145 pounds, tall and skinny, not scarry at all.. Long story short, I had 7 hours of surgery, he broke my colar bone, shoulder bone, and ripped all my ac joints and tendions, I now have to metal plates in my shoulder, and they cut off a good peice of my clavical bone.

Now his story has changed several times, he's been in 3 fights that i know of since then. Also I was so drunk that the 2 bouncers downs stairs let me in after i paid the cover & showed ID, so I couldnt have been that trashed to get by them.

I know u cant put a price but, really what should I be exspecting from, my medical bills are around 20,000 . I lost my job, cant work, cant lift anything over 10 pounds, I sleep in a sling & have been doing so for 4 months now. Thanks

If you can prove your claim (witnesses) it sounds like you have a valid lawsuit against the bar and employee (assuming they have insurance).
