broke arm
this is the same person asking about the ''broken arm'' subject... i need a good lawyer... but i really should pursue this case, right? i've requested calls about it from like 3 different lawyers websites and no one has contacted me yet

i doubt that you have much of a case.
There is no liabilty for serving someone alcohol in florida unless you know that the person is an alcoholic or is underage. You are neither. You have a "blurry" memory and you weere at a strip club watching women take their clothes off. I suspect that will not be particularly sympathetic to a jury.
I wouldn't take your case and I suspect that my reaction is the same as most personal injury lawyers.
