Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was in a car accident back in 6/05. The lady that hit me did not reside in this state and it later turned out she did not have insurance. So I had to junk my car because I just had liability only. I also could not sue for recovery because the insurance and license address she gave was bogus. I found out that this person just moved back into the state. Is there anything I can do to try to recover damages?

You can sue her. Don't delay. Usually you have only 4 years to do so, but if she was hiding out of state, the statute of limitations is tolled. If she has nothing, however, it is not likely that you will be able to recover anything.
