Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My car was totaled and my insurance company will not cover it because the car was totaled in the past and i was never informed by the dealership I purchased me car from. Can i do anything to either get my money spent on the car back or just not have to continue paying the loan?

Your insurance should cover the value of your car if you had collision coverage. If the dealership sold you a previously totaled car, you may have a claim against it as well.
