Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Dangerous Heavy Equipment

I presented a question to you back in July of this year pertaining to the above subject. I waiting for a reply to that question

However, i have a spinal cord injury that left me permenantly disable as a result of a doctor's negligent surgery.

As you are already aware the initial accident was the results' of me operating a front-end loader that did'nt have any brake's, It was my first time operating that particular machine.

I'am hopeing that i can recover on both the medical malpractice and personal injury claim. That the iest of my csae. Think i have a good claim?

Thankyou for your prompt reply

Re: Dangerous Heavy Equipment

It is impossible to evaluate your case on such minimal facts. You need to see an attorney who handles medical negligence and personal injury claims ASAP. You may run into a Statute of Limitations problem. Good luck

Re: Dangerous Heavy Equipment

I need a lot more information to evaluate your case.

If you can prove liability, your damages sound very

significant. I would probably need more information

than you would want to give me in this public forum

so please use private e-mail or call me at 414-633-3090.
