If your daughter was in the car with you when you were in an accident , at settlement is it the law that the adjuster has to write you and her the same check if she's of age to receive her own

Huh? if she was injured her claims are separate. If you two were the only ones injured, the carrier could issue a check to both of you jointly in an effort to settle with both of you for the policy limits or whatever amount was provided. You two would need to figure out the splits. hire an attorney.
