Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
My ex fiance sold nude pictures of me that I told him to delete after we had broken up. I had taken these pictures of myself while we were together and gave to him. I never consented that he could sell the pictures. But recently found out he sold them on ebay? What can I do if anything and what type of lawyer would i need?

Tort liability lawyer. If you consented to the photos, you will have a tougher case. BUT if he profited from using your photo, without your consent, he owes you money.
