Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

If some one comes to your home soliciting to be hired to pressure clean your home roof. I asked if he has a license and is bonded and he said he was and agreed agrees to do preasure clean my roof.He fall out from ladder and was injured.Can he sue me if I was not negligent. Is my homeowner insurance responsible to pay liability claim? Thank you
