Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I had my house windows broken by a family friend that was fighting with his girlfriend he does not live at the house and was tresspasing on my property. When he broke the windows he cut his arms bad and had to go to the hosiptal. Is there any way he can sue me for the hospt bill and should I press charges on him. We live in kissimme Fl.

In order for you to be liable, there would have to be something that you did that was negligent. Most likely, your homeowner's insurance would deny this claim because you did not do anything that was negligent.
