I was involved in a car accident years back wich ended up to be part of a class action law suit against firestone tires my friend who owned the car settled with them I had been talking to them about settling my case and I was supposed to get all my medical bills from the accident together to figure out my settlement.I never contacted them back Iwas wondering how long you have to claim a settlement and if its to late
