Re: Can they take my land?

Your propertly may be protected by F;orida's Homestead Exemption laws. Has anyone employed an accident reconstruction specialist or attorney to determine if the concrete pole was placed in violation of standards? You may both have a claim against the state or the power company.

Re: Can they take my land?

Depends on whether this is exempt Homestead property. If you had liability coverage you must notify your insurance carrier. You should retain private counsel to advise you as this matter proceeds throught the court system. Good luck.
