medical bills and pip insurance
was a passenger in auto accident and was injured. have pip with 2000 deductable and 1200 in medical bills. who is responsible for paying my medical bills since my pip will not cover due to deductable? Thanks

The negligent driver or attempt to get your medical providers to agree in writing to accept the amount paid by your insurer. They commonly do when attorneys are involved.
