Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

personal injury
after a year and two weeks of handling my case. Told by atty.that he HAS filed claim, and that Iwould be getting mail toshow that the claim HAS been filed, that was in July2008.Come October 16, 2008, I get a letter in mail stating HE no longer wants to represent me do to his traveling 3hr.to ledigate for 5 minutes an back. whom do I address to the FL Bar for his unprofessional and unethnical behavioal.

You can speak with the FL Bar and file a complaint or talk with them for more information.

I see that you are over in the St. Pete area, where would the attorney have to drive to litigate the claim?
