Struck by a car!

I dont know what to do. my son was hit by a car and he is in the hospital right now! it happened last night. should i call the the insurance company of the driver?

I would not call the other insurance company at this point. You can alert your insurance company if they don't already know about the accident.

You will need to take steps to preserve your son's vehicle, if nothing else take lots of pictures before it is either fixed or scraped.

You will need to do the same for the other persons car.

You may also want to get some photos of the scene and get tire marks and other things that the weather may wash away.

Most importantly just make sure he continues to get proper medical care.

Was the other driver issued a citation for the accident?
