Quick question.when a lawyer says there going full the full amount of the other persons insurance, does that mean everything that that person has on their policy example if its a 100000/300000 does that mean 400000.keep in mind there are injuries that require surgery and bodily is already at 59000

No, 100/300 means max of 100K to any one victim. It means a maximum available of 300K for all victims. So if there are 4 or more people injured, it may mean no one gets 100K depending on the injuries. The fact that medical bills are 59K does not change the analysis. Speak to your attorney and let them explain what is going on.
