Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

does the statue of limitations differ if the insurance company paid the insured because he had uninsured motorist coverage and we did not carry bodily injury coverage. the accident happened in jan of 04 and this is the first time we have to go before a judge for a hearing. Although, we have had written correspondence since the accident and we received request for admissions and request to produce from the court since the accident. This has been on going correspondance but no court appearance this is the first time. will his license be suspended he did have auto ins just no bodily injury

This is at least your 6th question regarding these same issues (starting with bankruptcy after judgment, and now backing up to the personal injury suit). At least 4 attorneys, including myself, have answered your questions repeatedly over the past week or so. If you are not "getting the picture," you are going to have to sit down with an attorney for a consultation. This forum simply does not allow any of us to give you a comprehensive answer in a piecemeal fashion. Perhaps you should let your college-age son handle this himself.
