Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
statues of limitations broward county
Upon trying to renew my drivers licence, I was informed of a judgement against me, re: a car accident that took place back in the year 1984.
My question is: what are the laws regarding the statues of limitations on such a matter in Broward County, Florida.

20 year statute of limitations on judgement liens. You should go to my website www.helpwithlaw.com and the attorney section to find one in your area to help you.

There is a 20 year statute of limitations on judgments. You should seek an attorney if you are interested in defending yourself from the judgment creditor or attempting to set aside or satisfy the judgment.
