Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

statues of limitations broward county

Upon trying to renew my drivers licence, I was informed of a judgement against me, re: a car accident that took place back in the year 1984.

My question is: what are the laws regarding the statues of limitations on such a matter in Broward County, Florida.
