Years After Accident
In Florida; Is it true that there is no time limit on liability by car accident injuries that appear years later and medical experts determine are due to the accident? Can you file lawsuit for pain & suffering?

No, this is not true. There are distinct statutes of limitations that apply, but you must give more information about how you define "years later" to know whether they apply or not. Yes, a claim is allowed for pain and suffering.
