Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida

bugs in candy!
I would like to know the extent to which I can hold a company or companies financially responsible for my having ingested bug larva that were in a box of candy? Would I have a viable lawsuit? There was no personal physical injury, though I am going to my doctor tomorrow to see if what was in the box can make me sick. But,I have been quite nauseated since the event.

Probably not. In order for recovery there has to be an injury. Also, most processed foods have bug larvae in them and there are acceptable limits.

Bottom line, if you didn't suffer an injury there won't be a recovery.
