Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

2 person mortgage

boyfriend and I are buying house together. He put down alot more money than I did for downpayment. We will both be on the mortgage and deed. We both will paY half of everything, mortgage, insurances, house bills and so on. If we deicide not to marry or break up what will I be entitled to and can we have aggreement drawn up to protect what we each put into the house?

Yes you can; there is a special kind of deed that would give you the rights that you seek in title. You may additionally enter into prenuptials where you would both agree (prior) to dividing your assets as you stated in your question.
