Is Ex-husband intitled to property in my parents name
I have recently seperated from my husband,6 months ago my parents bought a duplex in which they reside in one half my family in the other. My husbands and my name is on deed only. The mortgage is in fathers name only along with the title,property taxes and homeowners insurance. Is my soon to be Ex intitled to any of this property and if so can my father sue for any back mortgage payments since the agreement was we paid half of the mortgage to live on other side and he has not since leaving 5 months ago.

If he will not cooperate & have a new deed issued you will need to bring a legal action to have his name removed.
