Buyers obligation to pay for appraisal, survey and processing fee to mortgage br
What are my responsibilities in paying a mortgage broker for an appraisal, survey and processing fee incurred when closing never took place due to title problems. The mortgage broker ordered these services and are billing me, I'm sure to cover cost they incurred for services provided.

Depends upon your original agreement with them.
Generally, a prospective buyer will pay for these services.
