Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Contract Sale For Tiltle is this a buyer/seller situation?

I am fighting with a mobile home park where I bought a mobile home from a individule who lived there this is all done with a contrract for title I will be making payments to the bank in her name till I have proven payment history then the loan will be transfered to my name. However the rental manager tells me that him and his Lawyer discussed this situation and said that I have to move it from his property because they say the owner of the home must occupy it. Is this fair and common is there anything that I can do to fight this?

Your rights are listed in the Fla. Statutes in Chap. 723. There is a specific statute dealingwith the purchase and sale of a Mobile Home.Go to the local Library or check with your atty. You are the Equitable Owner of the trailer. The named owner is just holding title for you.
