damaged property

i just bought a house as is with the right to inspection which i did i now find out the house was damaged from a hurricane and only the roof was repaired the realtor knew this as he was given a copy of the adjusters report that shows what was damaged none of this was disclosed to me in writing or verbally what action can i take doesnt the realtor have to disclose the damage that was never repaired

The realtor and the Seller are obligated under Florida law to disclose all known defects in the Property to you prior to your purchase of the Property. In the event the reatlor and/or Seller knew of these defects prior to the sale of the property, and did not disclose them to you, they may be liable to you for the damages you have incurred as a result thereof. Both owner and realtor do. Your contract should control this issue.
