Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I went through a devorce in 2009, i was awarded the home. The home and property is in my name only and the mortage I pay on is in his name only, my name is no where on the loan, I am a third party representative and can only talk to the bank about the mortage, if I get the wrong bank rep they wont even speak with me.

My question is with the loan being his and the deed is in my name only if I stop paying the mortage wil I loose my home?

If you stop paying, the bank may foreclose on the property. Since you have the title, you will lose it.
