Foreclosure and eviction

Ok Hi ...I have been foreclosed on a week ago by the bank. Packing up ready to go, but then I see Obama is rescuing the world. Am I to understand that it came to late for me as I think I will be served in 7 days. Or will I? Strange days......

We don't know yet. One thing I've learned is that it's never too late. The new laws proposed by the President may provide for subsidies to help you pay your mortgage or may provide for you too reduce your mortgage in bankruptcy. This is all too new to us. We don't know what's going to happen or how fast. Don't give up hope yet.
