home purchase

i bought a home in june 2008.the contract from remax said it was on sewer,now i find out it is not.sewer is not even avaliable in this area!the septic tank does not function properly and it smells under my home.is this not false advertising? if so can i sue

Yes, it's false advertising (or something very close to it called "fraud in the inducement") and, yes, you can probably sue for it. You should speak to a real estate lawyer.
