iI rent my home in florida and i made the lease for first month security and last month security,,plus the rent when they move in...Is this legal

I dont understand what is meant by first month security and last month security. if you are renting a home and you want a security deposit that is for damages NOT for rental. if you want to collect first and last month up front, then just say that. You cannot collect first month and second month unless you say and require that. Beyond that your question is difficult to understand.
