Can I list/sell my house in Florida without having homeowners insurance on the house?

Generally yes. Property insurance policies are generally non-transferrable so the buyer of your property will obtain insurance if desired or if required (assuming your buyer obtains a purchase money mortgage).

Be sure to consult with a real estate attorney through the listing process, contract preparation and especially closing.
