Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in a trailer park and own my trailer...just bought a car (which is a hearse) and the other afternoon the park owner drove around to leave a note on my window stating "move vehicle out of park" with his name....my question is CAN he tell me I cant have my vehicle here in the park???
