Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

A married man and woman in Florida have a home that is in the name of the wife only. What form should the husband file to insure that the wife does nor sell or encumber the property without his consent?

If the property is her homestead, she can not sale or mortgage it without the husband's permission. If it isn't homestead, she can do as she wishes.
