Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I want to move out of home owned by myself and a friend

I own a home with a friend 50/50 and she does not want to sell. We do not get along anymore and I want to move, am I still obligated to pay half the mortgage, since she still is living there, or is this abandament. I know about partition, but I don't want to do that seeing how not enough equity, not enough gain on sale. Lawyers, and court fees would eat it most of it up.

If you signed the mortgage note you are responsible to pay whether you live there or not.

If the mortgage is not paid the bank can foreclose. Good luck.
