Moved in well does not work
I purchased a manufactured homed and a lot. Water test came back ok, now the water from the well is a black sluge. I was told by builder that since the well was already there they have nothing to with. And the previous land owner said that he does not think it has a warrantee. I closed on the property 5days ago. Do I have a case and if so who is responsible for the replacement or repair of the well?

Depends on the contract you signed and what proof you have.
