Neighbor dispute
Recently bought a property, and in my front yard there's a basketball hoop from my neighbor. I asked twice for them to remove to no result. Do I have the right to discard of it without any penalties or consequences to my self or property.

Suggest you first put your intentions in writing to your neighbor so you have a record.
